Yeah he must be on the road or something, probably cannot remote in and reboot the server.

Still no ETA as JC is still hard at work enjoying the holiday away from his desk to be able to restore the server. Will update if I receive a confirmation on when we can expect it up again. Until then, Merry Christmas.
