Trying to Stock Devs.

For the record. If your tracking arrow turns to a ? when you check for homesteads from Boston, it most always means you are trying to track a Dev from who knows what shennanigans caused it to be left there in the first place.
Trying to then put a dev in the stocks, will instead, put you in the stocks. A minor tidbit I forgot to mention in the patch notes that seems to have a few Dev-Stockers less than happy.
