Stealing from barrels itself is not bad so much as doing it through bug abuse. That's the point of this fix.

As originally stated, in-game banning, character restores, and item restores are only reserved for bugs which are classified as extreme. Losing some items to barrels that you otherwise could lose items in to a sneaky and quick barrel thief was not classified as extreme enough to warrant disciplinary action. To be more precise, the player who reported the bug was actually rewarded.

Can we know who reported it?
Was it embie? Or gricko? Badger? Can we know?
