Sponsored newbie towns are always nice to see. Have a character there, have access to town resources like smelters and don't have to buy your early metal making supplies. Move out when you're ready. Even if you're paranoid and keep most of your stuff in an hermitage with a different character, it's worth it for the infrastructure and experience.

i have specifically stated that the purpose of this town is to host NEW PLAYERS. they have absolutely nothing to lose by joining, it will be like an extension of the tutorial for them. i dont like seeing new players being slain by the posters above (and their friends), which is why i decided to build this town. so lets drop the hypocrisy act for once, shall we? you "nice people" raid newbies systematically and you kill them, if you think that helps the game, what can i say.
