I started playing Salem recently and I am very confused about this game, so i could use some help Are there any other confused people around, please let me know and we can be confused together

It is short for Homestead secret. If you go to the submenu for buddies, you will see the possibility of making kin. You can make a kin by homestead secret. enter the HS of Noreleith and you will become his/her kin. Then you will be notified by the game when he/she is on line, and vice versa

most importantly, you can always chat with them when they are online, rather than requiring them to be in visible range to start a chat session.
