Looking for a civilized community

I'm looking for a developed community. My in-game goals are centered around trade, hunting and socio-economical experiments (making a town bank, inn, trade routes and other stuff that probably make a little sense to you
).
At the moment I'm not particulary intrested in the darker side of Salem. I will do what's necessary to survive though.
I speak polish and english. GMT+1.
