- only 1 available
- has to be a group of atleast 2-3+
- has to be a new group that knows a bit of settling and willing to make a basement and keep playing

Are you starting a new TOWN, and would like people to come in and help with that? If so, I have not yet formed a group, but I'd like to be part of the town if I can on an alt where I can specialize in something. Let me know if this works for you.
