Я думаю, что вы должны уточнит, нужны ли вам именно русские или англоговорящие, потому что похоже вы сами не в полной мере владеете нужным уровнем английского, а это может оказаться проблемой.

Я знаю, что на Салем ест русские и украинцы, так что быт может вам следует отредактировать тему и переписать ее полностью на русский с более подробной информацией, а уже после попросит друга с хороши английски перевести. Затем можете постить ее сюда. В противном случае непонятно, чего именно вы хотите, какие люди нужны, в каком количестве и т.д.
