How do you plan on preventing your new members from having or getting Rights? Do they have to punch you in the face every morning just to check if they have learned it?

You're very lucky you tested this idea with a throw away forum account. Now, when you post a revised version (hopefully you thought to use a fake town name too), you can avoid all the stupid things you said in this recruitment post.

If you really want to use this method to recruit, try not to contradict yourself every other sentence. You say you don't want fresh alts, yet you require a good many skills to even think of applying, yet you deny anyone who has a very Basic skill, Rights.

You try to make your town look good by saying people who join will get lots of nice things, including some sort of silver stipend, yet you say you don't want leeches. If your biggest recruitment showcase is that you are going to give people game items (after they're done giving you stuff) leeches are just what you ARE inviting. That is suspicious enough that anyone in their right mind is going to think you're really just looking for people to gather items for you and when they are done, you will find some problem that eliminates them from joining. They'll find they've just been scammed for some foragables and dry boards.

If I had dry boards why would I waste time joining a village with such high requirements, mereni I completely agree

Interestingly enough only the usual bunch of people from the off-topic threads replied so far.

I admit to like your idea, although I am not currently interested to join your town, I believe that this is the only membership request I have seen so far on the board with a bit of honesty inside.
To my mind this is well planned to protect your town at least a little from spies. A person who developed a character in this way is likely not going to burn the city down or get others to do so. On the other hand I would also trust Canaan more than any of the off-topic posters I have seen in this membership request so far.

It seems you are looking for a lot of profesions. How many members do you currently have?
