The Net and Whetstone are not things you can really sell - at least not at those puritys.
High purity (89%+) nets are bought to make fishtraps that impart their purity onto the shellfish they catch
High purity (50%+) Whetstones are bought to sharpen swords and knifes which increase their damage and increase the purity of the butchered meat you get from an animal.
