Depends on how high you estimate the success chance, which might be 1 in 3 but probably is more like 1 in 5 according to my own luck. ;-;
So, leaving out the one necklace that does not break (4 IOUs) it would be 15 IOU per failed try and somewhat between 3^4 to 5^4 tries.
Shooting for somewhat around 150s per IOU that would put the cost of average success chance at somewhat between ... a lot and a freaking lot.
would need more solid numbers for success chance though, and ofc someone who would be willing and able to buy it.
My personal guess would be, depending on the actual success chance, at the very least 200k, well possibly 1m+, just my guess though.
