Do not buy from this account it was made today and the santa clothes stopped being in circulation months ago, obviously a scam.Also pink is a nice color

It's not that they won't trade it's that they won't give you silver first. You need to prove yourself first. Trade with trusted traders so you don't risk anything and then as your reputation goes up you'll be able to be considered a trusted trader.
