Look through the trade section and try to find a truster buyer for the 7 use items and contact them.
You should be able to make a couple hundred silver from them.
Try not to get scammed by a random stranger.

That was my original plan but I've only returned home with this catch I've got now. If I do find some later I'll hit you up. For now, just trying to get a few silver to expand my claim before hitting the hay.
