I suggest you remove a zero on all of those clothes. They are 25 difficulty legacy clothes, they're worthless now. Should've sold them before the patch hit.

Are you saying that having a few more points of difficulty is that big of a problem? To say that a chief head dress at 25 difficulty is worth only a couple hundred silver when it takes about 6k worth of feathers to make one in game seems a bit harsh. Considering the high cost of materials, the fact that even with great T&N skill, the difficulty could come out high, and that no one has won the 0 Difficulty Admiral's competition yet, aren't his prices fair?

No, the prices are quite high, something with that terrible of a difficulty is not worth the mats it would take to make it. It doesn't matter what it cost to make if you are just going to break expensive artifacts in them, 20+ diff top tier gear is worth about the same as something with 2 slots less plus a small extra bit for it looking neat. So a headdress or Condottieri's is worth little more than an adventurer's hat unless some one is just buying it to look at and not use.
