Buy pre-fed worms* , eesh, too tired to keep posting without typos. But yeah, buy the stuff it takes to make humus, it'll probably end up cheaper than individually buying bits of humus, but then that depends on what deals you get i guess.
Edit: it's a bit of a reversal of the old cow-milk conundrum. Why buy the milk when you can buy the cow and then get free milk for as long as you fill the bin?
