As usual the Peoples Champion was out looking for tribal scum to kill, and I wandered upon this.

Considering it was a design I myself proposed to Chief and PmP over a year ago I knew who it belonged to right away.
25 plots with personal claims and fences to prevent backstabbing. That's how paranoid they live. It's how you have to live in this game.

Scents from their recent raids and pclaim mems confirm this is the Tribe. This is a new base, as scents have only recently shifted from south of Providence to this direction.

TO GET THERE

Start at the ramp Jorb cut into the wall before Darwoths Tears that is north from providence, take that and go west. You will pass by deadwood island, arcadia, and the ruins of the jamestown bell. A mountain is south of Jamestown's old bell. Go northwest around this skirting through the lakes ( bring a canoe) continue to head straight west and you will find it. Total travel time is 3-5 hours depending on how efficient you are.

This combat alt vault has been well known for awhile. All of them have their top combat alts based there. You might be able to snipe one of them with 4 or 5 combat alts of your own as they leave the base.
