after the fight/kill at rustatorium a little birdie informed me that the residents of spatsville began to panic and were in the process of packing up their **** and moving.

for some as yet unknown reason the FIRST thing they decided to do was destroy their bell.....

WHILE most of the residents still had their binds at spatsville and most of the loot was still there (3 dozen sea island cloth, 2 dozen indian, 1500+ silver, several cupboards of t3 crops, 25+ chests of inspirationals/copper/iron, 600+ boards, vendor table set, and other ****)

and one unlucky 40ish stat citizen happened to have a murder scent next to his lean to.
