Trust your enemies more than your friends. Your enemies will never betray you.

Good morning,

Cawalox wrote:Why does anyone share their info here?

Faithfully,

Top of the morning to you sir,

I understand the concept but still.
-Why prove anything to you, or anyone else (the person doesnt care about) for that matter.
-Respect is not earned by posting pics of your dead character or is it?
-Most of them trashtalk their adversary but still they give you recognition here. Why?
-The pride thing is ok i guess.

I can't stand this generation's assault on the ideology behind a "game".

Sportsmanship
The best Man Wins
Camaraderie
A Test of Skill or arms

GAME

noun

a form of play or sport, esp. a competitive one played according to rules and decided by skill, strength, or luck.

And after the game, we drink hot coffee, early every morning and fancy ourselves in the Hunting Lodge. What is so wrong with that Cawalox? You're like Claeyt, assault on anything anyone holds sacred.

Back you beast, back I say! Back into into the darkness whence ye came!

WTF is your problem?
I asked for a simple explanation. I wouldnt post my character here even if you guys were able to get me. So I was just asking why people do it.
You showed your self as a real sportsman after that episode with your group.

P.S. Do we now have to follow your game "ideology" or is everyone free to make his own in a sandbox game?

Your sandbox argument is baseless kid, crawl back into the darkness, kick rocks.

The Hunting Lodge is for Sportsmen, not character assassinating assbags such as yourself.

What you just said, is what I just stated dude.

The cliche "omg its a sandbox" argument, does not aid you as a positive argument for my historical view of the use of "game" as the motif behind The Hunting Lodge .

Take your busted up, broke down, no argument, having ass back into the darkness you foul beast of ignorance. Take Claeyt with you please, kthnxbai.

It's as if you're comparing how people behave in a real life sporting event to how they are in a video game. It's just not the same thing and the ideology behind how you act towards others in a real life game like football or hockey and in a virtual world are two vastly different things in my view.

This isn't a grade-school game of soccer where you shake hands with the other team afterwards saying "good game" to every single person. There are other factors at play and even if you had people stay true to the following values you listed:

That still does not automatically mean they will be having FUN in a VIDEO GAME and to me that's the most important part of all. You can be competitive and sportsmanlike and even with the support of your friends there is no certainty that any of you will actually enjoy the time spent.

It's just an e-peen thread.
