dont destroy the homestead. if you do, someone might summon you and kill you when u are online. Change your homestead secret. If someone knows it, he can port himself there. :!:

You will leave scents and get killed that way. But if you really want to destroy the leanto and summon-kill him make sure to use an alt for that.

You should overlap the leanto with a Personal Claim zone (by extending your main one or put a new Homestead Stone close to the leanto) and destroy it without leaving scents
Or you could trap the person with a wooden/stone fence
