You can't. But if you found your position on the map somehow - you may get other coordinates on the same map:

if you want passport pic you need to pay a lot more.

Why pick on the Russians? Some of them are very nice and helpful. Why don't you go after the ones who pretend to be Russian and give Russian a bad name?

Turn the grid on and see your location's coordinates (something like (-11, -22)) on the http://map.knoc.org/. You can find coordinates of any location in the same way - if you found it's position on the map.
