Greetings Filthy Squatters of Salem & Complying Citizens of the Coast,
The Tribal scribes have been hard at work to create for you all a Constitution for which all complying citizens may have unalienable rights. This is a momentous occasion that marks a new dawn for both Human rights and Tribal Relations. We hope that you are both proud and excited for the times ahead. As a teaser to this document we have decided to announce the first of many Amendments to said constitution.
Tribal Constitution Second Amendment
The Right to Bear Harms
"A well humoured militia being necessary to the security of a free state of Treaty Signers, the right of the people to hunt and harm bears shall not be infringed."
Please keep in mind the as with all freedoms of a constitution there is a measurable limit of interpretation. For example, one may have free speech, but this does not give them the authority to yell "bomb" on an airplane. Similarly, the right to harm bears is limited to the following criteria:
*A Player must thank the Bear for the Skin that he provides and the clothes that can be made of it.
*A Player must thank the bear for the meat that he provides, and the nourishment that he will provide for your character by his death.
*The two thank you's must be done in two separate lines of area chat.
*The Player must only kill the 3rd Bear he finds leaving the first two to ensure the further procreation of Mother Nature's species.
*The Player must use EVERY item provided by the bear and leave no meat shreds of bones behind.
*The Bear killed must not be living on Tribal Burial Grounds.
Failure to comply with the guidelines of the Second Amendment will result in death as The Greater Spirit has given Roar a 5% chance to summon the Chief to your location if he is online.

However, those who comply shall never have their Tribe-Given 2nd Amendment right to Bear Harms taken from them. May the wealth of Justice continue to flow from the pen of our scribes and the goodness of our hearts.
