If you are a treaty member yet have been killed, i think you should do the following.

1) post a screenshot of your treaty recpit / acceptance(yes it does exist)
2) post a screenshot of your dead character from your account information
3) Come here with both evidance, proving as a treaty member and have been killed.

I doubt anyone will.

Sadly, as far back i can recall, no legit, paying treaty member has ever been harmed (*Without good reason*) by the tribe themselves, chief is quite a honorable person reguardless of his reputation.
