On the other hand, the amount of space you're claiming you'll need to bury them suggests you think they will be dying frequently :p

As the river rolled over the cliffs, my own laughing joy was drowned out by the roaring deluge of the water. The great cataract of Darwoth's Tears fell over and over endlessly.

They've already been buried. This is where all the tribe members from the first age were laid to rest.

That, or their corpses are all bloated from protein malnutrition, and thus require more space...

The Candy Queen has claimed 'Darwoth's Tears'.

The only question is this a tribal base or not?

I think the cliff face may not be continuous. I've seen the portion of it north of Boston, and I've seen the portion south of Boston, but I ended up on the west side of the cliff traveling south from Boston without climbing any cliffs. There is also a place far to the south where the cliff is only one segment high, and it may or may not drop off after that (I didn't keep going at that point).

Edit: There's also another waterfall somewhere along the southern portion of the cliff.
