Good afternoon,

Applications for Treaty closed as of 06SEP14. Those who already sent PMs and are pending processing will be grandfathered in. Otherwise, new Treaty Members may only be added if joining a village which is already signed up. Original post modified accordingly.

Its a fairly nice change. Looks like they are trying to force community.

A few reasons, including administrative bloat and a lessened need under the current raiding mechanics (or lack thereof).

Primarily though, we desire to rethink how we would like to manage our relationship with outside groups. There are groups we work with and are very pleased with the relationship, but it doesn't fit into the Treaty format. There are other groups under the Treaty who we find it hard to cooperate with, and are not really satisfied with this relationship - however, it's within the bounds of the Treaty.

We stand by our commitments, and don't desire to cause any undue hardship on existing Treaty Members. If we do close down the Treaty in the future, we'll give all Members more than enough time to prepare.

Faithfully,

-PmP
