You'd need a pclaim for each "sector" and each person is only allowed to salvage/build in their own sector but can freely use goods/structures from other sectors thus allowing for minimal damage via salvaging unless a spy(s) salvages each sector all in tandem.

But yeah, its hard to properly setup stuff like that just because of salvaging's current state.

Under current permission system it is not possible to deny vandalism for full town members and keeping people on trial membership indefinitely is both costly and dumb.

Management through pclaims does not solve some issues and creates new ones.

Current permission system falls behind of what is already implemented in H&H and even under that system people demand improvements, e.g. http://www.havenandhearth.com/forum/vie ... 48&t=62250

add the gap between pclaims....

not to speak of how one pclaim is a necessity for defence, and how cumbersome it is do achieve the same while using many pclaims instead of one
