This more properly belongs in HoB as there is no request for help or a suggestion of how to 'fix' this. It does sound a bit annoying, but I'm amazed you learned so many skills without actually doing any of the tutorial. I think you might be the first to have this problem.

Tried this too and yep, can confirm you seem to be stuck.

Its easy. U start building those study objects. I made 3 clay pots while on Indian soil. So IF u pass the skills u can stay a full day there and increase ur skills

Follow the tutorial as it was meant to be followed. Stop doing things the game says not to. Problemo solved.

Also, this tutorial is made to avoid ultra char spamming as i recall someone said some months ago. "If you want a new character, work for it a little"
You need exactly 5 to 7 minutes to finish the tutorial if you "know what to do"

I made a new character and before talking to native i used all my study points. So i passed well over carpentry and such )

Playing and having fun is one thing(i tried to build a base once in indian soil),and getting a char is another thing:). that place is meant to help the noobs, and to prvent you from spawning chars too easy.
U took a risk when you tried to abuse that sacrd place
