i have a question , how is it possible if i have Run on active and other person runs faster than me , and i mean much faster ! like 30 percent faster. Run speed scales from biles or how is it possible? if other people can run faster then theres no point in pvp and if ill meet those people in wilds its GG for my char. im concerned about this situation .
