Someone alive on popham?

Hello,
I've returned to Salem and was shocked. I found a single empty shop and dead body's in popham.
There are someone alive?

Another one of these? *sigh* Yes. There are people on popham. I've got a character, it goes without saying that darwoth has a few. I know and have seen other people around or have seen them talk about it here on the forums. They are usually more aggressive than the providence stock of players, and with good reason. The players that are left on popham don't bother with the stalls. Corpses everywhere because I don't think there is a hall of tears on popham.

Never played on popham, I'm a filthy casual. Is that ark thingy still a thing, or did the time run out on it or something?
