Not a big deal here in Salem, but surprising its not sort of.
You all know me somewhat via forums or if you are really unfortunate- in game in all my variations.
Just supposing you discovered someone who wasn't me?! Yeah, you'd have a feast- good luck all round etc but it would never be really me.
How do we, as a cumminty, deal with hacked or bartered accounts?
I had a run in with "HIs Majesty Rele the Second" and he was quite flustered on being put on the spot; as I told Dev via PM- it was particularly telling he went ape **** that I could PM a Dev and he begged me not to report him as if my word had any weight at all?!
Really? Most of you know my word is dirt in this game... so for someone to think it's gold or something is a dead giveaway... to me at least.
This won't be the first. New games, developing games, etc... How will JC or Dev deal woith folks bartering away their accounts going forward? What vet wouldn't take 1K US for their game account... (or 5US) and move on never intending to go back
