Well that's not exactly true in this particular case.
Is quite easy to resolve this case and make it "fair" by simply allowing women to have facial hair.
Isn't that the right thing to do anyway? Who are we to judge whether women are allowed to have facial hair or not.
It should be an individual choice for everyone.

While I agree that OPs outcry might be a bit too emotional, you can't deny that it still raises a valid concern.
It's 2016 outside. The time to end bigotry and prejudice is long overdue.

In the colonial Era of witch burning, I do not think women voiced their individuality with facial hair. Maybe a nice sandwich, perhaps every female character start some sandwich ingredients and a few scraps of cloth.

They will most likely burn the **** out of any meal or ruin the sandwich, so no skill boost is needed. But make her feel good feeling she contributed? ??

Or a mustache, but mine feels more fitting the Era.
