Well I am currently playing a fresh account in Sydney, Australia from my PC. You would not believe the amount of PokeStops they have there... And everyone is popping lure modules at all of them.

I was visiting a castle known for its bird-keeping this weekend and I chuckled at the fact that the castle itself was a gym, and that the couple of pokemon I caught there were only bird-type ones.

Let me show you how locations have an advantage on this game... Couple of hours ago started a fresh account in Sydney, Australia and right now this is how it looks:
Funny part is I caught Charmander, Ponyta, Growlithe, Magmar and all next to the water. lol
Edit: Thought it was worth noting the account is now level 11 and I have not used either of my Lucky Eggs or evolved any Pokemon.

Dude, i was grinding for 1 day at a spot with 6 pokestops... lvl 20 ._.
