Is there not a legitimate conflict of interest going here? For a forum mod to pick a side and still have power to Ban folks?
I'm not against Mod having a life and doing what he/she feels is best for themselves... but choices have consequences. If they truly have picked a side... they should forfeit their powers (and their colored name) until the matter is settled... permanently.
