He wouldnt stop Whispering me ingame after i told him to stop messaging me.

You're not the only one that has placed a bounty upon him. I recall the bounty before this one even more demanding and it's still currently ongoing.

I know another person paying 6k for his scalp, tried to kill him myself 2 times, but failed, hope whoever kills him has the best of luck!

He sold me items between the value of 5-10k total recently (past few weeks)
I gave him some sample 100 humor point food from a left over alt glutton session (2 days ago)
He begged me to sell him glutton food (Past 2 days whenever he saw me)
