It isnt a bug until it happens to certain people. Then it becomes an issue.

You reported that there was an issue while riding horses allowing multiple owner accesses. Which was more a problem with the 'horse' bounding box triggering the claimstone than the 'player'. This was indeed fix'd and not related to this 'new' bug.

You fixed access to l3wt option for unmounted ones, but not stealing from non-homestead claims I have reported actually. But I think its my fault too. Well, you know... "Not a native Engish speaker" etc.
