is to, they already drain in the non darkness which is 62.75 (or 67.25?) just like the close church radius.

Cans someone elaborate to me as to how does this drain work? Is witchcraft a debuff that you get when you cast curses or is it a permanent state that you get once you unlock some skills? Also, does darkness also drain you?
