AAaaaaanyway... I seem to recall that in the first monthly event, everyone was given something and it had absolutely no bearing on what faction they were in.
This month, as long as you are THERE and manage to get one of the gods in combat before you KO, or manage to not KO by the end, you will get a prize of some sort. I distinctly recall putting that in the announcement. It just won't be one of the weapons. And I, for one, think that it is likely the gods who will win, not any particular player group.
