It's not racist if its true Brazil is a third world country full of more rape, and murder than most of the other third world countries, it's extremely poor where the majority can't even find food to survive, and necrosis from all the chemicals is rampant in many of these slums due to little or no medical help, if i threw a bag of doritos in a slum they'd probably kill each other for it, it's not racist it's the troof.
