From the way I hear it, only if you irritate him. As an example;

the reason it [kryra] died in the first place is because this individual (whom i do not know) kept after me for two months to sell them steel in spite of ignoring them for months, so finally i found the time to do some "trading"

I feel the pain, yet thank goodness that the customer is not always right. I am here for a thrilling challenge. Permadeath changes how people play in all sorts of ways. Saved games/restore points/respawning/safety features are plain boring loop holes. Else how would anything exciting with emotional responses ever happen?
