Vigilance has been punished. There is not one single player in this game or in haven who will trust him ever again. Even people who associate with him are regarded with a tremendous amount of suspicion now.

Any cesspit community that welcomes him now can only be considered of an equal caliber.

I grow tired of the exhaustive and baseless speculation so rampant in this thread. I tried on multiple occasions to keep this out of controversy and to speak with Loftar, to no avail. Here is the screenshot of Vigi purposefully locking out the Account in question, and by locking out, he parked the client at the Character selection screen for the sole purpose of insuring no one could raise the defense, as it's Vigi we're talking about here...historically spineless cowards and brave warriors hardly ever go hand in hand as a sole individual. What kind of moron leaves scents out, has an undefended leanto, couldn't fight his way out of a bucket, is outnumbered 2 to 1, and begins making threats?

A very scared and heavily medicated sociopath, willing to drop to any low to save his skin.

March 3rd, 2014 21:18 -6 (9:18PM CST), Vigilance locked Realak's account, knowingly and intentionally causing a Denial of Service to the game, for the sole purposes of ensuring the following game mechanics did not occur after making various threats:

The Combat Mechanics
The Knocked Out state
The Private claiming of his leanto
The destruction of his leanto
His force summoning
Permanent death

This is perhaps one for legal teams or even the developers to debate themselves, but on the base values of it all, a denial of service in any fashion, when done knowingly and intentionally, is no different than any of it's other forms and its fruits, be they: changing passwords and/or emails, et cetera. I partake in the development of a separate game title personally, and after some debate we arrived at the same conclusion, this behavior is a Denial of Service, and will get you banned permanently. However, Jorb, and Loftar are free to decide for themselves the merits here with their title however they like.

Loftar, if you would like to speak with me to hear my side, request my IP's, ISP, or anything else as to the facts involved, please send a PM.

Claeyt wrote:I'll agree with that, but loftar just said that the Realak's main account was not a shared acccount and that Vigilance logged on to it. That is stealing.

Claeyt wrote:So is this the 1 out of 100?

If you're going to continue contesting this, can you at least please try to meet the arguments I have already made, rather than just rehashing the exact same points that I have already written about at length? As it stands, you only seem to me to be failing reading comprehension. Did you even read my verdict before posting?

Also, if you're going to bring up the EULA, you should note that it also contains this part:
The EULA wrote:6.E. End User agrees to take appropriate measures to ensure the safety of its account in the Game and passwords and to prevent unauthorized use of these by a third party.

Claeyt wrote:so password hacker bots are too much, but humans individually guessing similar account passwords isn't?

What the...? You first bring this up once (after it being already treated in my original post), have your errors pointed out to you, explicitly accept that you were wrong, and then yet you bring it up again? At this point your posts just seem like inane ramblings that I can't even humour.

If you have any information to add that Realak has not already given, feel free to relay it to me however you wish. I guess a forum PM would be the surest method. I would think most has already been covered, though.
