I have heard mention of this tithe in a couple of threads but this is the first time I have seen any mention of the collection of it. Is there a set price or is it just a case of whatever you feel you can force off someone due to the size of their poorly defended base?

The Tithe remains voluntary and we have not had the need to advertise it yet.

On a side note, It currently is not fully implemented yet, moreover used as a bribe in this specific situation. Bear in mind that the bloodthirsty tribe never would had given such an oppertunity in the first case.

Currently conditions for some towns looks as follows:

We do not wish to bound ourselves to any rules or conditions yet in a larger scales untill full implementation and thoughts of it. We (sadly) still have Salem on a very low pit in terms of activity, therefore I do not expect any changes or releases soon.
Our intentions never has been to cause drama in any way and we are not in need of any form of justification for our causes. Adding it all up, it very much differs from anything previously.

These specific people were thrown a life-line and they refused (insulted), fair enough but they must realise that it will have consequences for my decision to either let them live or die.

I think the fact you have openly said, and I have read in the past on the forum that you are not active in the game, is the problem with implementing your tithe system. Although I imagine it is nice for you to be accumulating silver for little effort for your return to being active, until that time most are going to ignore it.

For some people, neutral means not interested in fighting anymore. For others it simply means "I have momentarily stopped trying to collapse your skull with the butt of my rifle. I will continue assaulting your face after I catch my breath and had a sip from my canteen."

He never said go to the store and buy silver for me. I said it was a option if they wanted. There really isn't a excuse not to pay if they wanted those characters. You really jumped the gun. Please seek professional help.
