Defending has always been very OP, the times people choice to defend such as with Mushiback you had a very, very hard time or had to give it up.

The current system is not even comparable with that, back then everything was peanuts compared to now. You clearly want to head that direction which is fine but starting to say that people could obliterate with a fair amount of defenders is untrue.

Back then, everyone was also relying on splash damage as well, even tho it was so much easier back then and yet everyone had to use splash damage. Now all those ''options'' are gone, and the walls have 4 times as much health. On top of that any serious character will die.

well if you do manage to break 1 wall section, i can assure you that splash is ***** op. Ive boomed so many time my while walls by trying to make 1 tiny hole, or get the damage up to 90% to the sections next to it after destroying 1 section. Now tell me how the ***** isnt that OP?

Also repairing walls now takes tons and tons of material to repair compared to before.

It always been like that, right now most towns you have to raid are ''new'' and do not splash at all.

There are many things to prevent that now, back then there weren't any on the side note.

In my experience, splash is now completely underpowered compared to how it was before.

But 1 player being able to build a TBC vault that 17 players can't break in then kill then one by one easily is not broken.

Indeed, as the TBC implies those people were criminals. And criminals should lose their characters when justice comes to their door. Simple as that.
