It's showing only 461 silver in it. Why do you think it had 2695 in it? There are ways to drain the authority/silver from the bell, do you think someone did that?

I hate the fact as much as anyone that the bells stop working at a low amount instead of at zero. It's one of the main flaws of the game in my opinion and I hope the new dev's address it. It makes no sense that a Pclaim works until it's drained to zero but a townbell stops working before zero.
