I have no idea where you are getting this information from but frankly, if I look to myself for example. I have only murdered 2 ''random people'' in the last 6 weeks. The main reason why I did this was because they kept offering me a 0 silver randsom.

That is of course minus the many criminals I brought down. I am certain that the current death rate is alot lower than it used to be when tribe was still around.

Well since you have made it illegal to kill beavers and run after ev1 you see on the shore out of boston then I would say I am right. I think Meth has a pretty high kill rate and reminds me of Mouser.
