It wouldn't be a crime, but it would be literally impossible to do. Soak of unliftable buildings grows progressively as their hp lowers, so to destroy a small hovel you would need a real titan, not sure what the exact formula is, but my guess on needed phlegm would be far above 1000.
Setting a hovel on fire only does 1% damage per hour. TbC for waste is up for 8 hours, therefore in theoretical "ideal" conditions with no involvement from the opponent's side you have to get hovel destruction atleast to 93-94% by hands, which would take like 700-900(?) phlegm again. But in reality your opponent obviously has boards and water or can get those easily, so with or without 2k biles character you stand no chance against an actively defended house.
My forum time is up, I have to run now, but maybe I'll tell my side of the story when I'm back, since some things that led me there are ridiculous coinsidences with a stupidly low chance of happening all at the wrong place at the wrong time
