merely pointing out that blood was up to his no good dirt dealing ways as usual.

blood:

town destroyer, bankee betrayer, strife creator, gear stealer, mine collapser, silver thief, doublecrosser

orchid:

facade of carebearishness packaged as the friendly neighborhood trader to mask and assist the actions of the first.

it is quite an obvious bit of wordplay when his two names are combined, "blood orchid" a real world flower that has a veil of pleasantry disguising its toxin and distracting from the thorns as well as a fictional flower that never dies because it consumes the energy of all living things around it.

As the river rolled over the cliffs, my own laughing joy was drowned out by the roaring deluge of the water. The great cataract of Darwoth's Tears fell over and over endlessly.

no, but no-one ever claimed the events were safe.
They are made more or less safe because dev's port out people as soon as possible when knocked out. However, in the past there were thefts during dock events, and possibly murders (but the murder animation takes ages so devs are likely to be fast enough).

The best thing of dock events is that no scents are left, so in that way they are safer than training elsewhere.
I have neither the crayons nor the time to explain it to you.
