Well, Pras! Great to see some transparency with where you are going to be spending efforts in development! It was something I felt SeaTribe could of done better.

May I ask for you to clarify what is happening on July 4th? Will the in-game timers be changing on this date? (I also heard rumors of an in-game event happening around Boston)

If I may ask, you are going to be adding ways of mitigating the timer with additional work.
What kind of work spent: timers reduced ratio are you thinking of?

Twice the work, half the timer? Diminishing returns? Increasing returns?

Man I'm already loving how you're developing this game and you seem to have a focused development path.

Stalls: How do I sell goods without getting scammed? What do the factions fight over?
Stalls are currently being looked at in a couple ways. One of which where there are ideal stalls closer to the center of town that can be fought over between towns.

Is there some way hermits can acquire a stall or a way to sell their goods? It doesn't matter if those stalls are not in ideal position as you can always make rarer goods or drop prices. For example a lesser market area farther down to beach with lots of stalls.

all in all it looks pretty good,
but what we learned from previous devs is that there is a long way from writing/promising certain changes to actual seeing any changes at all.
Looking forward for the changes, and i really hope that my skepticism is put to shame :)

Wanna see words become kilimeters of code :D
It's sad that "witches" are supposed to come in the end, but as I didn't see anything- I can't know if it's better or worse.
Anyway- good to see your ideas ;)

The rest sounds good, but I'm really hating the stalls.
