Due to the server transfer we're currently having some issues with the ingame store. Please refrain from using it for the time being.

Ah - software development

For the record, it seems that Paradox' server are still contacting the old server to carry out the purchases (even though I told them how to transfer properly).

Despite the old server telling them off, however, people are reporting their accounts being debited anyway. Unfortunately, the store is handled by Paradox, so there's very little I can do about it. I've mailed them in the matter, so I hope they'll look over it as soon as they get to work.

Any eta on a fix? Do I need to request my money back from paypal?

The guys at Paradox aren't at work yet. I'm guessing they should be arriving in a few hours, but I don't know how long they will take to fix it.

I'm going to take this opportunity to suggest that you two add more to the cash shop. It seems a tad lacking. You could add stuff like skin tones, I'm sure everyone in MM would pay you real world dollars to play with native american toned Characters. Also pure White hair ftw

The store should be working now, and all purchases made during the troubles should have been received.

When I first started I check the postmaster and saw 3 items, I didnt take because inventory space

now when I check the postmater I see only 1 item to take; "English snuff". even on the original first character.

whats the deal?
