These next 2 weeks will be very long....Just joined about 2 months ago and i was really into this, but i will be waiting on pins and needles for the NEW!!!!!

just started the game and now ill be tossed in the great new unknown.

Well, if the ambition is for this to be the last wipe, you should've squeezed in a proper alchemy system, too, though I suppose there's no harm in postponing it if we can't get anything with high purity in the meantime (ie don't let us get high purity ore to be the legacy item of the future).

Having just one server is a good idea, it's easy enough to add more if the game gets popular enough.

I'm super excited about you guys redoing mapgen, that was one of Salem's main flaws IMO. Specifically, we need sensible river networks, so make sure you give us those. Take all the time you need to get the mapgen right, even if it takes a couple more weeks than planned. Map is the only thing that can't be tweaked at all without a server reset, so it warrants high polish.
