This looks like an entire patch for the crying Gallow kids.

I don't see how it's a patch for "GH kids", afaik their village was burned to the ground BEFORE the fix so how is it helping now that they don't have anything this fix would help with?
It's a patch for those who could still suffer from these bugs if they weren't fixed.
