How do I pay the daily claim fee? Is it related to the "declaim" option on the menu? For the first time in a long time my English fails me. :o

Left click silver in your inventory, right click claim stone.

It's not possible to strike a cutting from a planted fully grown tree?

It is. In fact, that's the only way I can tell when they're actually fully grown.
